Staffing for WRRTC is provided by Southwestern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (SWWRPC) and Dane County Highway & Transportation.

WRRTC meets monthly and meetings are open to the public. Usual meeting date is on the first Friday following the first Tuesday of each month.
